The interesting point is that if you have installed SQL Anywhere 10.0.1, as outlines in that page, you can find:
"By default, SQL AnywhereSupportedPlatforms and Engineering Support Status is installed ininstall-dir\docs\en\supported_platforms.html.
By default, SQL Anywhere 10.0.1 Components byPlatformis installed ininstall-dir\docs\en\components_platforms_1001.html.
Thesupportedplatforms information may be updated via SQL Anywhere Express Bug Fixes (EBFs)."
So you might also want to have a look at the readme file that comes with the latest EBF that you have installed.
