Thanks Reg for responding to my query. I am stuck with this issue for quite few days.
To answer your questions :
Additional steps shown post iis7_plus_setup.bat where all done.
There is no file created in %SQLANY17%\RelayServer\IIS\bin64\Log
HTTPERR log file also does not get updated when Admin page is accessed.
