PCI Compliance with Mobilink 12

We are trying to become PCI compliant with their security standards.  Part of that is ensuring that Mobilink and our encryptions are up to snuff.

But an initial compliance check failed and we think it has to do with Mobilink even ALLOWING you to do low-level encryption and transfer methods.

We are well within the bounds of what they require (we use a 2048-bit RSA-SHA1 encryption key using TLS 1.0), but it's still failing their check.

So my question is... Is there a way to disable the functionality that allows you to use SSL1, SSL2, and any keys that are under 128-bits in Mobilink 12?  Also, we are in a time crunch, so upgrading to 16 or 17 isn't currently an option.
