I've found the problem....
I was missing some publications and the publications that were in the Ultralite Database were incomplete, i'm experiencing some problems on migration from v.11 to v.16 (see this post Problems with Publications when migrating Ultralite DB v.11 to v.16 ).
Now, the synchronization works but i'm missing some filtering on some articles...
