Hello,
I have a Networked Seat 5 Pack and SAP want to charge maintenance for it. What exactly am I expected to pay for? My understanding that the pack allows 5 extra connections to the server (and I do pay maintenance for that).
When I question the SAP support guy he just copies and pastes bits of the Enterprise Support Agreement and won't answer the question. Why am I expected to pay maintenance fees on the 'right to connect'? I don't give my mechanic money because my cars got 4 doors.
